VS Construction & Engineering Jobs Pte Ltd (VS), established in 2010 in the heart of Singapore, has grown steadily to become a trusted name in the precast concrete industry. Initially started and locally owned in Singapore, we gained valuable residential precast experience by supplying HDB precast components under Contech Precast Pte Ltd, including for the YSN3C21 project.

Building on this expertise, we took a significant step forward by establishing our own factory in Malaysia in 2013, in partnership with Malaysian locals, under the name Kenglobal Sdn Bhd, to produce our own precast products. With a vision to create our own niche in a competitive market, we began with spacer block production, quickly earning a reputation as a reliable and specialized supplier.

Expansion of our Production & Supply Portfolio

After becoming an established and reputed supplier of spacer blocks, we expanded our production and supply portfolio to include cable protective tiles, precast lamp post footings, support structures for solar panel installations, kerb stones, concrete barriers, U-drains, C-drain channels, and many other components. These products serve a wide range of clients across Singapore and Malaysia, cementing our position as a versatile and dependable partner in the industry.
